Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, Carmen Borgne-Adam, is a member of Gide's Public Law, Energy & Environment practice group. She mainly focuses on issues relating to public contracts (Public-Private Partnerships, concessions, public procurement) in the infrastructure and public facilities sectors.
She advises public entities, public companies, sponsors and lenders on the award and execution of contracts in the field of transport (motorways and railways), stadia and event venues, and ports.
Carmen holds a Master's degree in public business law and public contracts from the University of Aix-Marseille.
