Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007, counsel Constantin Miliotis specialises in real estate and urban planning, the acquisition and financing of property projects, construction law, and commercial leases.
Constantin acts on all aspects of real estate deals and is highly experienced in the structuring and development of real estate projects (in particular the development of shopping centres) and deals (share deals, asset deals).
He advises institutional investors, property companies, investment funds, management companies, high-profile users and major brands. He has recently worked on the development of the Prado and Terrasses du Port shopping centres in Marseille, the share deal transfer of the QCA central business quarter complex in Paris, advised a company building an office block on the disused and recovered rail tracks of Gare d'Austerlitz in Paris, and the asset- and share-deal acquisition of a portfolio of logistics hubs.
Constantin holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Real Estate Law (2006) and a Master’s degree in Private Law (2005), both from the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas.
