In using the website (hereinafter “the Website”) of the Law Firm, you accept the collection and processing of your personal data (hereinafter the “Personal Data” or “Data”)  as indicated in this Privacy Policy. In the event of amendments or updates, the updated Privacy Policy shall be uploaded onto the Website, indicating the date of the latest update. You must therefore regularly check the Website to remain informed of any change or update made to the Law Firm’s Privacy Policy.

Your Personal Data collected via the Website is processed by the Firm as data controller.

The Firm is highly attentive to respecting your private life and the confidentiality of your personal data. It therefore commits to processing your Personal Data in the strictest application of the applicable rules and regulations, in particular Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Information Technology, data files and civil liberties (hereinafter the “IT Law”), and EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and European Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “the Regulation”).

Such processing serves the legitimate interests of the Firm, for the development of its relationships with clients, prospective clients, and partners.

The Firm keeps Personal Data only for the time necessary for the processing in place. The Firm can also keep your Personal data for a longer time as part of its legal obligations.

As regards Personal Data used for communication purposes, they are kept on file for three (3) years from the time of data collection or your last contact with the Firm.

Personal data collected as part of the services offered on the Site is processed according to secure protocols (https protocol). As a user you have the right to access, correct, erase, or take your data. You can choose to limit its use or set guidelines for the fate of your data after you die. You may also object to the processing of your data if necessary.
