Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002, Alexandra Munoz specialises in international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. She acts as counsel in arbitration and international litigation covering various fields including energy, telecommunications and infrastructures.
Alexandra advises major French or foreign companies as well as governments in contractual disputes (joint ventures, distribution agreements, construction, utilities concessions, State contracts) and in cases related to the protection of investments within the context of ad hoc or institutional arbitral proceedings (ICC, OHADA, ICSID). She also acts in the resolution of disputes by way of conciliation and mediation.
Alexandra is one of the founders of CFA-40. She is also a member of the Comité Français de l’Arbitrage, the editorial board of the RDAI, the IAI, and Arbitral Women.
She is referenced in 2017 and 2018 in Who's Who Legal: Arbitration Future Leaders.
