Gide advised Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations) and RATP Capital Innovation (RATP) on the restructuring and reorganisation of the capital of CityScoot, a self-service scooter specialist.
Cityscoot successfully completes this reorganisation. RATP Capital Innovation and the Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations) reiterate their confidence in the company and its management and take a majority position in the company's capital.
