Partner Bénédicte Mazel is a member of Gide's Projects (Finance & Infrastructure) and Public Law practice groups in Paris. She works in all areas of public business law, with extensive experience in:
- Construction, operation and financing of public facilities and infrastructures;
- Public sector institutional restructuring operations, from the valuation of public assets to the outsourcing of services;
- Public sector funding.
She supports industrial customers, investors and banks in these operations, including litigation.
Recent experience includes advising on the space communications project Nectar, supporting investors and Maîtres d'ouvrage on the construction and operation of the Grand Stade Lille and the A63 motorway, advising on the refurbishment of the Parc des Princes stadium and the modernisation of the Roland Garros stadium.
