Pierre Karpik is a partner in Gide's Mergers-Acquisitions/Corporate practice group. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law.
Pierre is more specifically involved in venture capital and capital investment transactions, particularly high-tech, and is counsel both to investors (OTC Asset Management, A Plus Finance, 360 Capital Partners, Idinvest, Ventech, R Capital Management, etc.) and issuing companies (PriceMinister, Fortunéo, MeilleursAgents, BlaBlaCar, Drivy, etc.). He advises investors and growth companies on their funding rounds, restructuring, external growth transactions and their exit.
Pierre Karpik has maintained close ties with the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) business school, where he provides training on venture capital.
