Pierre Karpik is a partner in Gide’s Mergers-Acquisitions / Corporate practice group. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law.
Pierre is more particularly involved in venture capital and capital investment transactions notably in the high-tech sector as well as counsel to the investors (OTC Asset Management, A Plus Finance, 360 Capital Partners, Idinvest, Ventech, R Capital Management…) and as counsel to issuing companies (PriceMinister, Fortunéo, MeilleursAgents, BlaBla Car, Drivy…). He advises the investments funds and the growth companies on their fund-raisings, their restructurings, their external growth transactions and on their exit.
Pierre has maintained close ties with Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) school, and as such he provides there a training on the venture capital.
