Jennifer Chossis practises within Gide's Investment Funds and Financial Services team.
She advises management companies, credit institutions and investment firms on all matters relating to Banking and Financial Regulations applicable to their activities and in the context of the structuring and marketing of investment funds (UCITS, FIA, Other FIAs), particularly in the Real Estate sector.
Jennifer also advises these financial institutions on Regulatory Litigation before the French financial markets authority (AMF) and the French prudential supervision and resolution authority (ACPR), both during the inspection and investigation phases and during the litigation procedure before the sanctions commission.
She holds a PhD in Private Law from the University of Montpellier I (2015), a Msc in Organizational and Financial Management from Kedge Business School in Marseille (2010) and a postgraduate degree (Master 2) in Banking and Finance Law from the Unice Law School in Nice (2009).
She joined Gide as an Associate in March 2018 after practicing at Jeantet (2017-2018) and Taj (2011-2015). She was a lecturer in Master 1 at the University of Maine in Banking Law and Securities Law (2016-2020).
