Gide has advised the partners of Weedev (Hipto), a sales lead generation solution, on the LBO of new entity Olyn group, the result of the merger between Hipto, Avent Media, Shaze and Influens Network.
Olyn group intends to be a leader in customer engagement and intentional lead generation.
The Gide team comprised partner David-James Sebag, working with counsel Paul Jourdan-Nayrac and associate Marie-Sophie Chevreteau on corporate aspects, and partner Paul de France, counsel Alexandre Bochu and associate Charles Ghuysen on tax aspects.
