Stanislas Dwernicki is a partner within Gide's Real Estate Transactions and Financing practice group. He provides advice on all aspects of real estate acquisitions and operations, with particular focus on acquisitions, financing, development and lease agreements. He advises real estate professionals on structuring their investments and operations, and applies his expertise to real estate development, construction, acquisitions and disposals of real estate portfolios. He has recently played a leading role in advising one of the biggest retail companies in Europe in structuring, negotiating and drafting three major real estate partnerships for a cumulative value of approximately 1 billion euros.
Stanislas also regularly advises on the structuring and the definition of major real estate groups' investment policies, as well as on negotiating commercial leases.
He founded and was the first manager of the firm's Warsaw office.
