Sarah Assayag joined the firm in 2020.
She specialises in public business law and energy law and acts more particularly for private and public companies on all legal issues pertaining to the public contracts and regulated sectors.
She mainly advises on concession and public procurement law (awarding and performance of the contract), public real estate law (administrative long-term leases, public domain occupation...) and local authority law (competences of local authorities, local companies, etc.).
She also works on renewable energy issues (solar, wind, biogas), project structuring and, more generally, on all regulatory aspects of the energy sector. On secondment to the Enedis Legal department in 2022, she has developed a particular expertise in grid connection procedures and in the field of electricity distribution concessions.
Sarah is a graduate of the Magister Degree in economic activities law and holds a Master's Degree in public business law from Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne University (2018).
