Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019, Louis-Henri Lentz joined Gide's Real Estate Transactions & Financing practice group in September 2019. He advises on real estate transactions (sale of buildings and shares in real estate companies), development projects and commercial leases, for both French and international clients.
Prior to joining Gide, Louis-Henri was a member of the Real Estate Operations and Management team of law firm LPA-CGR, where he specialised in developing and implementing renewable energies projects.
He holds Master's degrees in real estate, construction and urban planning law from Paris XII University (UPEC), and in notarial law from Paris X - Nanterre University.
