Foulques de Rostolan, a partner of the firm, has extensive expertise in restructuring operations and transfers of undertakings, the management of collective work relations, variable remuneration plans and executive management issues. He regularly assists clients with employment-related issues within the scope of corporate operations and insolvency proceedings. Finally, he maintains an important activity in employment-related litigation before all courts.
Foulques de Rostolan has recently advised various foreign groups (in industry segments as diverse as the aviation industry, the transport industry and the IT services industry) on issues of downsizing and site closures in France. He has also advised clients on the various legal aspects of employee transfers within the scope of sales of businesses, service provider insourcing, operator successions and reorganizations of groups of companies. For several years, he has been representing industrial groups and investment funds in litigation cases against former employees of subsidiaries or portfolio companies that were shut down. He also regularly assists clients within the scope of litigation relating to the information and consultation of their staff representative bodies.
He graduated from HEC and holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in international taxation (Paris II Panthéon-Assas University). He joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2012.
