Hubert du Vignaux to speak about the PEPP Documentation at the ICMA Conference "Filling the gap – a keystone for the Pan European Private Placement market" organised in Paris on Monday 13 April 2015.
This conference, hosted by the Banque de France and organised in cooperation with the Euro PP Working Group, kicked off a series of events across Europe in 2015 designed to promote the Pan-European Corporate Private Placement Market Guide (the Guide).
The Guide has been developed by the Pan-European Private Placement Working Group (PEPP Working Group) - an umbrella European industry initiative led by the International Capital Market Association (ICMA). The Guide sets out a voluntary framework for common market standards and best practices which are essential for the development of this market especially aimed at providing medium to long term finance to European mid-sized companies, in close alignment with the European Commission’s goal of bringing about a Capital Markets Union. The Guide has in this respect received considerable support from the official sector. The Guide has evolved out of the Charter for Euro Private Placements, which was developed by the Euro PP Working Group.
