Gide has assisted Générale Continentale Investissements (GCI) on the acquisition of a Haussmann-style property complex located rue des Italiens, rue Taitbout and rue du Helder in the 9th arrondissement of Paris by KanAm Grund.
Fully restructured and developed by CGI, the building is long-term leased in full to WeWork.
The seller was advised by C&C Notaires, Gide with a team comprising partner Eric Martin-Impératori, counsel Marie Pastier-Mollet and associate Chloé Charrier on real estate aspects, and firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (Olivier Mesmin) on tax aspects.
The buyer was advised by Victoire Notaires, SBKG & Associés (partner Carole Santoni and Gwénolé Morineaux).
