Marie Pastier-Mollet is a partner in Gide's Real Estate team in Paris. She advises and litigates in all areas of real estate law.
Marie advises French and foreign institutional clients at all stages of their real estate transactions in France. She is mainly involved in real estate transactions (sales of assets or companies, financing), the development or restructuring of property complexes and the management of all types of assets (offices, shops, hotels), particularly when negotiating commercial leases. In particular, Marie has extensive experience of transactions combining the negotiation of sales in the future state of completion and leases in the future state of completion.
Recent experience includes advising Générale Continentale Investissements and its partners on the acquisition, redevelopment and leasing of properties, DomusVi on the sale and lease back of senior residences, Brookfield on the sale of a trophy asset on the Champs-Elysées, Altarea on the redevelopment of the Landscape building in Paris La Défense, OFI Invest Real Estate and BC Partners on real estate transactions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013, Marie teaches commercial leases law in the Master GESIIC at Paris 1 University, and regularly writes articles on real estate issues in specialist journals such as Lettre M².
