Gide advises SEGRO on the creation of a joint venture with Pure DC for the development of a data center in the Paris region

Gide advised SEGRO, one of the leading owners, developers and managers of modern warehouses, industrial assets and data centers, in connection with the creation of a second 50/50 joint venture with Pure Data Centres Group Limited (“Pure DC”) to develop and operate a hyperscale data center in the Paris region.

This transaction represents a major milestone in SEGRO’s strategy in the European digital infrastructure market and marks the group’s first data center project in continental Europe. The joint venture will develop a next-generation, fully equipped hyperscale data center with an IT capacity of 48 MW, on a site benefiting from a secured power supply of 75 MVA.

It combines SEGRO’s expertise in real estate development and Pure DC’s know-how in the design, construction and operation of hyperscale data centers.
