Admitted to the New York Bar in 2021 and to the Paris Bar in 2022, Raphaëlle Debordes is an associate in Gide's Arbitration Department in Paris. She is involved in international commercial law matters, particularly international commercial arbitration and transnational litigation.
Raphaëlle acts as counsel in international arbitrations conducted under the supervision of various arbitration centers (ICC, ICSID, PCA, etc.) and involving a wide variety of contractual disputes (joint ventures, distribution, contracts with States) or relating to the protection of investments in the context of ad hoc or institutional arbitration proceedings.
Raphaëlle Debordes is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 in Private International Law and International Trade, class of 2017-2018). She also holds a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School (LLM, 2020).
She is fluent in French and English.
