Pierre-Adrien Lienhardt has been working as an associate at Gide since 2012 and specialises in public economic and energy law. Acting on behalf of private and public entities, he focuses on the regulatory aspects of energy law (electricity and gas transmission and distribution grid connection, electricity and gas supply and purchase contracts) and public contracts (public procurement and public service delegation contracts). He regularly advises industrial companies and investors on their acquisitions of photovoltaic power plants and wind farms in France.
Pierre-Adrien helped comment the first and second editions of the French Energy Code for LexisNexis (September 2016, 2226 pages) and frequently writes articles for French specialised monthly Europ’Energies. He has been giving “Energy Contracts” training sessions since 2014 for Development Institute International.
Pierre-Adrien holds a Master’s degree from Paris II – Panthéon-Assas University in public economic law (Master’s Degree) and is a graduate of the University of Sydney (LL.M.).
