Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, Laure Dufour mainly advises on environment law within Gide's Public Law, Energy & Environment team in Paris.
She assists both French clients (private companies, public entities) and foreign clients on issues related to industrial environmental law, contaminated land, water law, waste law, protection of species and habitats and the transport of hazardous materials. She also handles issues related to renewable energy.
Laure provides advice and litigation assistance and regularly works with the firm's Real Estate Transactions & Financing and Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate Law practice groups, in particular on sale and acquisition transactions.
Laure holds Master's degrees in general private law from Paris II - Panthéon-Assas University and in environment law from Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris II - Panthéon-Assas Universities. She is also a graduate of the Language Institute of the University of New South Wales in Sydney (legal training).
She speaks both French and English.
