Member of the Paris Bar since 2022, Alexandre Rempp is an associate in Gide's International Arbitration department in Paris. His practice focuses on international commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration and transnational litigation.
Alexandre acts as counsel in international arbitration proceedings conducted under the rules of major institutions (such as ICC and ICSID) in various industry sectors, including the oil & gas, construction and IT sectors. Alexandre also acts as counsel in cases brought before the French national courts in relation to arbitration (first instance and court of appeal). Finally, Alexandre has advised a State in the reform of its bilateral investment treaties.
Alexandre holds a Master's degree in International Business Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, as well as a Master's degree in German and French Business Law from the University Paris Nanterre and the University of Potsdam.
He is fluent in French, German and English.
