Aleksandra Socha is a trainee advocate within Gide’s Warsaw Office. She specialises in resolving court and arbitration disputes, in particular construction disputes, as well as disputes before the Court of Arbitration of Paris' International Chamber of Commerce.
She graduated in law from Kozminski University in Warsaw and defended her Master's thesis Bank guarantees as a security for the proper performance of a construction contract under the supervision of Professor Przemysław Drapała. She represented Kozminski University at the international arbitration competition Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition 2017/2018, devoted to issues of international commercial, commercial arbitration, and international commercial law.
Aleksandra previous worked as a junior associate in the arbitration and construction disputes department of Dentons Europe Dąbrowski i Wspólnicy Sp. k., and completed various professional internships in procedural law departments, including at White & Case M. Studniarek i Wspólnicy – Kancelaria Prawna sp.k., Rö Radwan Röhrenschef Petruczenko Piechota Spółka Komandytowa and Stolarek & Grabalski Kancelaria Prawnicza Sp. k.
She speaks Polish, English and Spanish.
