Alexandre Gauthier is a partner within Gide's Public Law, Energy & Environment practice and is particularly involved in matters with an underlying real estate component.
Alexandre advises developers, real estate companies and investors on their development projects by assisting them at the stage of land management, the design of the contractual arrangement (public or private law) and the definition of the town planning scheme (definition of the required approvals, monitoring procedures and authorisations review).
He has developed a recognised expertise in the conversion and restructuring of public assets, in particular by assisting his clients in numerous outsourcing operations of public assets, mainly of a real estate nature, at the development or financing stage.
Alexandre also practices in litigation, which gives him a comprehensive understanding of the issues at stake in structuring operations.
