Dawid Van Kędzierski specialises in capital markets law and corporate law. He has acted on behalf of issuers and financial institutions in connection with public and private offerings of securities, including shares, bonds and subscription warrants. He also advised venture capital funds and portfolio companies on the realisation of the investment process. He has assisted in significant transactions on the mergers & acquisitions market, especially in relation to banks and public companies. He also has experience in financing and refinancing operations, as well as in the debt restructuring of companies experiencing financial difficulties.
Dawid graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty at Warsaw University. He also holds a diploma from the British Law Centre, organised at Warsaw University under the auspices of Cambridge University. He is currently working on a doctorate on leveraged transactions under the direction of Professor Mariusz Golecki at the Law and Administration Faculty of the University of Łódź.
Prior to joining Gide, he was a lawyer at Greenberg Traurig and at a legal advisor’s private office.
He speaks Polish and English.
