Gide intervient régulièrement dans des opérations de LBO. Sa maîtrise des techniques d'acquisition et de cession, alliée à une parfaite connaissance des mécanismes de financement d'acquisition, de titrisation et d'intéressement des dirigeants et des salariés, permettent aux avocats de notre ligne de métiers d'offrir à leurs clients une assistance complète.
Pour ce type d'opérations, Gide dispose d'une équipe dédiée (Corporate Finance), commune aux lignes de métiers Fusions-Acquisitions et Banque & Finance, qui traite à la fois les questions d'acquisitions et de financement. Par ailleurs, selon les caractéristiques de la cible, les compétences des autres équipes du Cabinet (droit public, IT, etc.) peuvent s'avérer des atouts déterminants pour le traitement de ces dossiers.
La ligne de métiers Fusions-Acquisitions / Corporate de Gide a développé une pratique de premier plan pour les opérations de venture capital, en conseillant aussi bien des investisseurs que des émetteurs.
