Maxime Ehrhart assists listed and unlisted companies in the structuring and deployment of their employee share ownership plans in France and abroad. He also advises on employee savings, remuneration and related governance issues.
Maxime assists French groups in international employee shareholding operations of various types (traditional or leveraged offer, through an FCPE, direct shareholding or through other holding arrangements). He also advises on the structuring and implementation of long term compensation plans (free share allocation, stock option plans, phantom shares, etc.).
Maxime Ehrhart is a graduate of the Magistère Juriste d'Affaires - DJCE of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He speaks French and English.
