Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011, counsel Gabriel Hannotin specialises in criminal business law, commercial litigation, and international arbitration. He regularly assists the firm's clients during pre-litigation (negotiations, mediations and conciliations) and throughout all dispute procedures before criminal, civil and commercial courts, as well as during ICC arbitration.
Working out of Gide's London office since 2016, Gabriel acts in particular in international disputes for major French and foreign groups, and regularly works with lawyers established abroad. Since joining the firm, Gabriel has handled a wide variety of cases, be they of a commercial (shareholder disputes, banking and finance disputes, contractual liability, professional liability, construction, etc.) or criminal (misappropriation of corporate assets, fraud, corruption, libel/slander, workplace accidents, etc.) nature. He is regularly instructed on issues relating to the execution of French and foreign court decisions, as well as of arbitral awards.
