Michal Faderski is an advocate within Gide's Warsaw office, specialising in private equity / venture capital and M&A transactions (sale of shares, organised parts of enterprises and sale of assets).
He is experienced in providing legal advice to economic entities and private investors concerning transactions, at every stage of a transaction, as well as in providing ongoing legal services. Michal advises clients on general corporate issues, including statutory and business activities of commercial companies and non-governmental organisations, the preparation and negotiation of shareholders' agreements, incentive programmes and option regulations for managers, corporate governance and disclosure practices.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and from the School of British and European Law at Warsaw University. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in legal and economic aspects of capital markets from the Warsaw School of Economics, and won a yearly Erasmus LLP scholarship at the Faculty of Law at Regensburg University.
Prior to joining Gide, he gained professional experience in international and Polish transactional law firms.
He speaks Polish and English.
