New era for the Turkish private pension system: auto-enrolment

The Law Amending the Private Pension Savings and Investment System Law No. 4632 was published in the Official Gazette on 25 August 2016. Setting out the basis for auto-enrolment into the private pension system, these amendments are bringing major change to the market rules and are expected to significantly contribute to the increase in domestic savings and, accordingly, to financial stability.
