On Sunday 11 June, a team of 10 women and 2 men took part in the 10k of the Juris’Run race organised in Paris’ leafy western Bois de Boulogne. On this occasion, many members of the firm promised donations to Habitat & Humanisme, an NGO supported by Gide’s Pro Bono programme and which works to give individuals and families in need access to decent, low cost housing.
But there was a catch… The donations were linked to the overall average performance of the team in the field, so the faster they ran and the better they worked together, the higher the final donation amount to Habitat & Humanisme.
We are very pleased to announce that the team rose to the challenge brilliantly, running in average time of 55 minutes and 26 seconds - enabling a total of €1,840 to be donated to the charity. Well done!
