  • Advising KGHM Polska Miedź, the listed Polish leader in the extraction of copper and precious metals, on the largest transactions the company has carried out in recent years, including:
    • The purchase of 100% of shares in the Canadian TSX listed mining company Quadra FNX Mining Ltd. (the largest Polish foreign investment, estimated at CAD 3 billion)
    • The sale of shares in Polkomtel S.A., the largest Polish mobile telephone operator
      (estimated at EUR 4.5 billion)
    • The sale of 100% of shares in Telefonia DIALOG S.A., one of the top Polish telecommunications service providers (estimated at PLN 944 million)
    • The conclusion of a five-year contract with China Minmetals for the delivery of copper to China. (estimated at USD 3.6 billion)
  • Advising Auchan Group on the acquisition of 91 hypermarkets in Poland, Russia, Romania and Ukraine, and 13 shopping centres in Russia and Romania from Metro AG (estimated at EUR 1.1 billion)
  • Advising Unibail-Rodamco on:
    • the exit of ING RED from the Złote Tarasy investment (disposal of 77% of shares in the holding entity). The Zloty Tarasy complex in Warsaw includes a shopping centre of 66,200 sq. m., two office buildings (Lumen Tower and Skylight Tower - 47,300 sq. m.) and 1600 parking spaces
    • the acquisition of Simon Ivanhoé, a European branch of Simon Property Group and Ivanhoé Cambridge, holding shares in seven shopping centres across Poland and France (Arkadia, Warszawa Wileńska, Bay 1, Bay 2, Bel'Est, Villabé A6, Wasquehal) and conducting five real estate development projects (estimated at EUR 715 million)
  • Advising Deutsche Bank Luxembourg on the issue of bonds as part of the Continental Group (estimated at USD 950 million)
  • Advising the private equity fund Abris Capital Partners on the acquisitions of:
    • 45% of the shares in Polski Bank Przedsiębiorczości (PBP) from DM IDMSA brokerage house (estimated at USD 28 million)
    • 100% of the shares in Siódemka, a messenger services company (estimated at EUR 22 million)
    • Shares in WestLB Bank Polska S.A. from the bank's current shareholder - WestLB AG
      (estimated at EUR 64 million)
  • Advising Dalkia Polska (Veolia Group) on the acquisition of 85 % of shares in Stołeczne Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej S.A. (SPEC - Warsaw Thermal Energy Company) from the City of Warsaw (estimated at USD 473 million)
