14 mai 2013 : Gide Londres renforce son équipe Financements Structurés & Titrisation
Gide London recently boosted its Structured Finance & Securitisation team with the addition of associate Samir Bensaker. His appointment follows that of Jérémie Bismuth who joined the London office in July 2012.
Samir joined Gide's London office in May 2013, prior to which he was an associate at Allen & Overy, Paris, where he advised both arrangers and originators on a wide range of securitisation transactions. Jérémie Bismuth joined Gide London from Orrick, Paris and his practice focuses on securitisation, including trade receivables and whole business.
Partner Dimitrios Logizidis, who coordinates the asset and asset backed finance team at Gide London, said "Both new recruits join Gide London at a time of significant renewed activity in the securitisation market.
