Gide, counsel to BNP Paribas REIM on signing an agreement between the OPCI BNP Paribas Diversipierre and Frey

Gide has advised BNP Paribas REIM France on the acquisition from real estate investment company Frey of a 30% stake in a vehicle holding the Algarve Shopping & Albufeira Retail Park commercial complex located in southern Portugal, via the OPCI BNP Paribas Diversipierre property investment fund, managed by BNP Paribas REIM France. This acquisition concerns 30% of the shares of the vehicle held by Frey.
This transaction, announced on 6 November, has obtained all the requisite approvals.
