Gide advises SF-Filter on a sale and leaseback transaction with MNK Partners

The transaction involved the sale to SCPI Reason managed by MNK Partners of a 4,000 sqm warehouse and office complex in Lubin, which has been leased back under a long-term agreement to SF-Filter sp. z o.o., the Polish subsidiary of the Swiss SF-Filter Group. The facility serves as a distribution centre for Poland and the CEE region.

The Gide Warsaw team, comprising counsel Rafał Osetek and associate Michał Wiśniewski, provided comprehensive legal support to SF-Filter throughout the transaction. The team was supported on tax matters by senior associate Maciej Grela.
