Michał Wiśniewski is a jurist in the Gide's Real Estate practice in Warsaw. He specialises in real estate law, construction law and, in particular, zoning law.

He conducts due diligence examinations, in particular for the purpose of real property acquisitions and financing. He drafts real property lease agreements and advises on the administrative and regulatory issues related to real properties and the investment process. He also assists in real property transactions, including both asset and share deals.

Michał has recently advised, among others, FREY on refinancing the Matarnia Retail Park in Gdansk, Redkom Development on the forward sale of a retail park in Bielsko-Biała, B&B Hotels Polska on negotiations of a number of long-term institutional lease agreements concerning hotel buildings in Poland, and Yareal Polska on the acquisition of a real property located in Żoliborz district in Warsaw.

Michał graduated from the University of Warsaw law school in 2022. He is currently undergoing bar training to become an attorney-at-law.
