Gide advises Bank Pekao S.A. on the refinancing of two modern office buildings
Gide’s Warsaw office advised Bank Pekao S.A. on the financing of approximately EUR 40 million granted to Caishen Capital Group Maciej Sikorski sp.k. and 3ONE sp. z o.o. sp.k. in connection with the refinancing of an existing investment facility. The financing was structured as a multi-borrower investment facility secured by a comprehensive package of real estate and corporate security.
The Banking & Finance team was led by Paweł Wasiel, with partner supervision provided by Paweł Grześkowiak. The Real Estate aspects of the transaction were handled by Gide’s Real Estate practice led by Błażej Czwarnok, with support from Laura Hertman.
The transaction concerned the refinancing of two high-quality office buildings, Jacobs (CH2M) Center and MK29, comprising approximately 26,800 sqm of gross leasable area in one of Kraków’s established business districts. The financing package included mortgages over the properties, assignments of rights under key project and lease documentation, account security, share pledges and partnership interest pledges.
