Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003, partner Jean-François Levraud is a partner within Gide's Real Estate Transactions & Financing practice group in Paris. He mainly advises his clients on real estate transactions and in particular on construction, development and real estate development. He has also developed a comprehensive practice in sales and acquisitions.
Jean-François joined Gide's office in Morocco in September 2013 to strengthen the real estate business and practice there. He managed the Casablanca office until the summer of 2018, before returning to practise in Paris. Over recent years, Jean-François has advised in France groups PSA Peugeot Citroën, Pernod Ricard, Unibail-Rodamco, AccorInvest and BNP Paribas. He has also been involved in various Palmeraie Développement Group projects in North Africa, advised the Aabar fund within Wessal on projects supported by this structure (Casablanca and Rabat), as well as Onomo in the development of its hotel activities in French-speaking Africa.
Jean-François is regularly ranked as leading lawyer in real estate law in Morocco by the various international legal directories, such as Chambers Global, Legal 500 and IFLR1000.
