Gide advises Icade on its acquisition of a majority stake in Comet

Gide advised Icade on Icade’s acquisition, on 30 July 2026, of a majority stake of 81.5% in Comet Group.

Founded in 2016, Comet has developed an integrated platform built around three activities: corporate event management, servicised building operation, and flexible workspaces.

The Gide team was composed of:

  • partner Didier Martin, counsel Pierre Zejma, associate Alexandre Letranchant and jurist Agathe Christolomme, on corporate/M&A aspects;
