Gide has advised Isalt on its investment of more than €10 million in Via Sana, the leader in new-generation urban healthcare centres.
Via Sana aims to improve the daily lives of medical practitioners and improve access to healthcare in major cities by making it easier for them to set up and optimise their medical practice.
