Gide advises Napta on its acquisition by Unit4
Gide advised Napta, a French platform specializing in resource management and skills-intelligence for professional and business services firms, in connection with its acquisition by Unit4, a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for service-centric organizations.
Founded in Paris in 2018, Napta serves more than 100 firms across 70 countries and has established itself as a leading European player in resource management for consulting, audit, advisory, IT services and engineering firms. The acquisition is aligned with Unit4’s growth strategy and its continued focus on serving key verticals, including professional and business services, public services, non-profit, and education, while increased investment in the roadmap and Unit4’s global reach will support Napta’s ambition to grow rapidly and become the trusted European leader in the resource management category.
The Gide team was led by Louis Oudot de Dainville, partner, Axel Azoulay and Capucine Laurent, associates, on M&A aspects; and Paul de France, partner, on tax aspects.
Unit4 was advised by Freeths and Moncey Avocats.
