Louis Oudot de Dainville is a partner in the Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions team in Paris. He specialises in company law and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on venture capital and private equity in the technology sector.

It advises both investors (360 Capital, Aquiti, BlackFin, BNP Paribas, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Capmont, ISAI, LocalGlobe, Wind Capital, etc.) as well as growth companies (Blablacar, Earnix, Genesis AI, Jimmy Energy, Naboo, Spiko, Tomorro, etc.) in connection with fundraising, restructuring, M&A transactions and exits. With several years’ experience at Gide’s offices in Beijing and Shanghai, Louis has also gained solid experience in foreign direct investment in France and China.

Louis Oudot de Dainville recently advised Aquiti and Wind Capital on their investment in Synboli, BTQ Technologies Corporation in connection with its acquisition of QPerfect, Capmont in connection with its investment in Sifflet, Comeen in connection with its acquisition by LumApps, Earnix in connection with its acquisition of Zelros, Genesis AI in connection with its $105 million fundraising round, Jimmy Energy in connection with its €80 million fundraising round, MBO+ in connection with its capital restructuring, Naboo in connection with its €70 million fundraising round, Opera Tech Ventures in connection with its investment in Stoïk, several leading investors in connection with their investment in AMI Labs, and Spiko in connection with its fundraising rounds.

Louis holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in business law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Magistère Juriste d'Affaires - DJCE) and is also a graduate of the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (licence de chinois). He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008.
