Gide advises Comeen on its acquisition by LumApps

Gide advised Comeen, a platform specializing in workplace management, digital signage and visitor management, in connection with its acquisition by LumApps, a leader in employee experience platforms.

This transaction enables LumApps to expand its platform by integrating workplace experience features, including space management, digital signage and visitor services, and to further strengthen the convergence between digital and physical work environments.

Closing of the transaction is expected in May 2026.

The Gide team was led by Louis Oudot de Dainville, partner, Donald Davy, counsel, Manon Garoui and Joseph Leveque, associates, on M&A aspects; and Charles Ghuysen, counsel, on tax aspects.
