Joseph Leveque is an associate in Gide's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris.

He primarily advises on venture capital and private equity transactions. He supports founders of innovative and high-growth companies, as well as French and international investors, at the various stages of their development, particularly in connection with fundraising transactions, corporate governance matters, the implementation of management and employee incentive schemes, as well as growth and exit transactions.

Joseph graduated with a Master's degree in Business Law from the Catholic University of Lille, a Master's degree from the Grande École Programme of EDHEC Business School, and an LL.M. in Law and Tax Management from EDHEC Business School. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2026.
