Gide advises Eiffage on the proposed sale to LOSC of the companies operating the Decathlon Arena – Stade Pierre-Mauroy

Gide advised Eiffage in connection with the signing of a memorandum of understanding with LOSC, the resident club of the Decathlon Arena – Stade Pierre-Mauroy, regarding the sale of the companies that maintain, manage and operate the stadium and its ancillary areas.
