Astrid Martin-Rocherolle is an associate in Gide's "Real Estate Transactions and Finance" team in Paris.

She advises a wide range of French and international operators on real estate law matters, including the acquisition, transfer and sale of buildings and property companies, property management, commercial leases, construction and property development.

Astrid is a graduate of the Master 2 in Real Estate and Construction Law at the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas, directed by Professor Hugues Périnet-Marquet. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
