Avocat inscrit au Barreau de Paris depuis 2003, Jean-François Levraud est associé au sein de la ligne de métiers Opérations & Financements Immobiliers de Gide à Paris. Il intervient principalement dans le cadre de transactions immobilières et assiste notamment ses clients sur des opérations de construction, de développement et de promotion immobilière. Il a également développé une importante pratique en matière de ventes et d’acquisitions.

Jean-François a rejoint le bureau de Gide au Maroc en septembre 2013 pour y renforcer l’activité et la pratique immobilières. Il a dirigé le bureau de Casablanca jusqu'à l’été 2018, avant de revenir exercer à Paris. Parmi les clients que Jean-François a accompagnés au cours des dernières années, on peut citer en France les groupes AccorInvest, Seafrigo Investment, DWS GmbH, BNP Paribas, Blackrock Investment, PSA Peugeot Citroën, Pernod Ricard, Unibail-Rodamco. Il est intervenu sur une opération d'acquisition d'un ensemble commercial portugais pour BNP Paribas REIM, et dans le cadre de l'acquisition de quatre hôtels stratégiques en Europe pour AccorInvest.

Jean-François est systématiquement référencé depuis quelques années parmi les meilleurs experts immobiliers au Maroc par les guides juridiques internationaux Chambers Global, Legal 500 et IFLR1000. Il est également classé comme "Expert Based Abroad" pour le marché marocain en 2020.
