Avocate au Barreau de Paris depuis 2001, Laetitia Lemercier est spécialisée en financements structurés. Elle a une expérience significative en financements immobiliers, en financements de projets, en financements d'acquisition, ainsi qu’en restructuration de dette.
Elle conseille régulièrement des institutions financières ou des emprunteurs et investisseurs à tous les stades de la structuration ou de la restructuration, de la rédaction et de la négociation d'opérations de financement complexes.
Laetitia Lemercier a co-rédigé le modèle de contrat de crédit Euro PP de place. Elle est titulaire d'un DESS en droit des affaires et fiscalité et d'une maîtrise de droit des affaires de l'Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, ainsi que d’une maîtrise des sciences de gestion en finance de l'Université Paris IX Dauphine.
