The complex is made up of seven adjacent buildings built in the 18th and 19th centuries. A restructuring programme is currently being established.
This transaction, carried out alongside Altarea Entreprise, was financed by a debt fund managed by Allianz.

Morgan was made up of partner Bertrand Oldra, working with counsel Etienne Chesneau and associate Lucas Gintz on real estate aspects, as well as partner Rémi Tabbagh and associate Clara Toubert on financing aspects.
