Gide, counsel to J.P. Morgan Asset Management and QuinSpark Investment Partners on the acquisition of a portfolio of student residences in France

Gide has advised J.P. Morgan Asset Management and QuinSpark Investment Partners on the acquisition of a portfolio of student residences located in France from CBRE Investment Management in a share deal.

The “Campus” portfolio consists of six student residences – five in the Paris region (Arcueil, Bagneux, Guyancourt, Levallois-Perret, and Massy) and one in Aix-en-Provence – totaling 28,000 sq.m. with 1,300 beds. This acquisition is part of J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s development strategy, in partnership with QuinSpark Investment Partners, in the managed living sector and more specifically in student housing.
